2025 Menu
Entrée – Tender pan-seared steak paired with a juicy herb-grilled chicken breast, served atop creamy sweet potato mash and accompanied by roasted rainbow carrots. Finished with a rich pomegranate demi-glace and garnished with fresh chives and pomegranate seeds for a burst of color and flavor.
Vegetarian Entrée – Cacio e pepe mushroom ravioli tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce, finished with toasted pine nuts and chives. Accompanied by a seared polenta cake, sautéed rainbow and heirloom carrots, and earthy seared mushrooms
Salad – A vibrant mix of baby spinach and arugula, topped with sweet strawberries, crumbled feta, and thinly sliced red onion. Finished with toasted almonds for a delightful crunch and drizzled with a tangy poppyseed dressing for the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Dessert – A creamy and decadent ube cheesecake, showcasing the unique nutty and subtly sweet flavor of purple yam, a beloved ingredient in Filipino cuisine. Served with a luscious blackberry coulis and garnished with fresh mint and a plump blackberry for a dessert that’s as vibrant as it is indulgent.

How do I register for this event?

Can I reserve a table for four?
Larger tables are very limited. Mention your request for a table of four in the comments section when registering, and we’ll assign tables in the order requests are received. Note: There are no four-person tables in the Palm Dome.
Can I choose which garden to sit in?
During registration, you’ll select your preferred garden. Seating is assigned based on when you register. We’ll only contact you if your first choice isn’t available. For questions, email us at comoregistration@ci.stpaul.mn.us. Please allow a few days for processing.
How do I request accommodations for dietary restrictions?
Include your dietary needs in the comments section when registering. Our caterer’s Chefs will do their best to accommodate, and you can remind your server upon arrival. Please keep in mind this is a prix fixe, preset menu.

What should I wear to the event?
There is no dress code—wear what you’re comfortable in. Layers are a good idea!
Can I join a waitlist for sold-out seating?
We don’t offer a waitlist. Any cancellations will be posted back on the website.
