Como’s the cool place to be this Presidents’ Day weekend for “PolarPalooza”, 10am – 4pm February 18, 19, & 20.

Enjoy the fun and participate in interactive and educational activities featuring plant and animal ambassadors, creative crafts, animal enrichment, story-time, games, interactive stations, and more!

What can you do to help polar bears in the wild? Come learn about Como’s partnership with Polar Bears International, and the part they are playing in polar bear conservation. Gain an understanding of simple changes you can make in your everyday life, like biking instead of driving, and actively commit to protecting polar bears!

Warm up on Sunday afternoons and stroll the tropical gardens with a beer or wine as live, local musicians perform from 4:30-6:30pm at Como’s “Music Under Glass” free concert series. On February 19th New Riverside Rambles will take the stage playing high-spirited Cajun dance music as we get a jump start celebrating Mardi Gras!
