Noon Year Dance Party with Fireworks!

A family event to ring in the “Zoo” year that is so fun, we’re doing it twice! On December 31 and January 1 Como Park Zoo & Conservatory will be filled with dancing, games, special animal enrichment, a DJ, and an OUTDOOR countdown to noon with a mini fireworks show.
Ring in the New Year early at Como Park Zoo & Conservatory’s Noon Year’s Eve! Join the fun with festive activities, live entertainment, and a spectacular countdown to noon—perfect for families of all ages!
The KidsDance DJ will be spinning tunes in Como’s Auditorium both Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 1 PM! In addition to dancing, there will be conservation-inspired crafts and games for all ages. At 11:50, KidsDance DJ will gather everyone outside for a fun countdown to noon year’s! After the countdown and the fireworks show, the DJ will keep the party going until 12:10 before heading back to the Auditorium. We can’t wait to celebrate the new year with all of you! Our partners at Xcel Energy will be joining the celebration to share energy conservation tips and fun facts. They will be handing out LED Nite Lights as party favors too!
