Summer of Sparky Pop-up Event at Science Museum of Minnesota

Now that summer has “flipped” into high gear, we are excited to announce the Summer of Sparky Event Series! Each Sparky location will be home to a different pop-up event throughout the summer. Events will range from giveaways and educational events to artist meet & greets and more!

The Science Museum of Minnesota, Mississippi River Visitor Center and Como Zoo are partnering to offer free programming for museum visitors on Sunday 9.11.22 to celebrate Minnesota’s rivers and lakes and raise awareness about threats to our water quality.

Family-friendly activities that explore water and conservation will be available to all comers in the Science Museum of Minnesota’s lobby and include fish head trivia by the St. Croix Watershed Research Station; backyard bait fun with the National Park Service and bio facts/sea lion games  with Como Zoo.
