On April 1, Como Park Zoo and Conservatory will resume extended hours, opening every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To celebrate, Como Friends is featuring a special $40 sponsorship package in honor of the Charlotte Partridge Ordway Japanese Garden.

This historic sansui garden, a gift from St. Paul’s sister city of Nagasaki, Japan, has been beautifully restored during the past year to better reflect the original intentions of its acclaimed designer, the late Masami Matsuda, a ninth generation Nagasaki landscape gardener.
